Hello, fellow book lovers. I'm Rosie. Welcome to The Literary Hedonist.
What is a "Literary Hedonist"?
he•don•ist
a person who believes that the pursuit of pleasure is the most important thing in life; a pleasure-seeker.
I consider myself to be a literary hedonist. I like to read a little bit of everything whenever the mood strikes. You certainly won’t catch me being a literary snob, that's for sure.
What is this blog about?
You will find all manner of bookish posts here. I review the books I’ve read, break down my reading lists, take pictures of my book hauls, and share book-related craft projects. I've also recently started sharing some of my publishing projects here.
A Bit More About Rosie
As you can tell by now, I am a zealous reader, book hoarder collector, and self-diagnosed bibliophile. I have a BA in English Literature, and I recently received my Master's degree in Publishing and Writing. During that time, I co-founded Minerva Magazine. I now work as a designer at Page Street Publishing, where my most recent projects include YA book design.
If left to my own devices, I will happily devour a novel a day, as long as I have a cup of tea in my hand and my cat, Pixel, in my lap-- you know, life's essentials. My world revolves around books, and spoiler alert: I'm loving every single book-filled minute of it.
